Website terms of use

These terms govern your use of patientmemo.com. Last updated 28 August 2026.

This website is not medical advice. Everything here is descriptive material about a software platform for healthcare organisations. Nothing on this site is clinical guidance, and nothing on it should be used to make a decision about anyone’s care. If you have a health concern, contact your own clinician. In an emergency call 999.

The screens on this site are demonstrations

Every app screen shown on this website is a demonstration build. Kingsway Clinic, Meridian Health and Northgate Hospital are fictional organisations, created by us to show how the product looks when it carries a customer’s branding. They are not customers, not partners, and no endorsement by any real organisation is implied. The NORTHGATE-HCM study shown on the research page is fictional too: there is no such study, no sponsor and no participants, and no real trial carries that name.

The clinicians, conditions, appointments, contact details and reminders visible in those screens are illustrative. They are not real patient records, and no real person’s information appears anywhere on this site. Telephone numbers use ranges reserved by Ofcom for fictional use and email addresses use the reserved .example domain.
